Premier Sixes Posted September 22, 2007 Report Share Posted September 22, 2007 A decent result, against a battling Pelynt, it could and should have been more but a combination of fine saves, wasted opportunites and taking our foot off the gas in the last 25 minutes saw just 2 goals added in the last quarter of the game. Tom Currah is now running away as our top scorer after hitting 11 today to put him on 18 in 4 games, Martyn Probert, Leon Carter on his debut, Neil Currah (2) and Steve Sparkes were the other goal scorers. A special mention must also go to our Russian debutant Oleg Sorokin who was one of the best players on the pitch at centre half. back to back cup games now before we go back into league action. 29th October Premier Sixes vs St Austell.......it's going to be a huge game Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
