How is the pitch looking after today? What is the earliest that we will know whether the game will be on or not?

First of all will must await Phil H decision on postponements this weekend, he may bring this forward to Friday evening due to the recent adverse weather conditions, if not then it will be Saturday morning. Regarding the pitch it was not played on NYD. Unfortunately the pitch is still very wet and damaged from last weekend fixture against Bashley.

Please note that NO decision on early postponements will be made before midday on Friday (3rd Jan) at the earliest.

I am aware of the amount of rain we have had, (I live within 50 yards of the flood relief scheme for the River Exe !) but no matter how many managers and groundsmen phone me to say the games will be off, its my call and I ain't making it today
