Ian Pethick
Parkway 1 ( Colwell) Hallen 3 ( Holmes, Bament,McCaughey) ( HT 0-1) Parkway hit a dead end on the road to Wembley against a very well organised Hallen side who were dangerous on the break , and clinical when the chances came . Hallen went ahead just after the half hour when Kai Holmes capitalised on a Gavin Coulton header to score , they went in at the break one-up against a Parkway side that failed to create any openings in this period . Parkway obviously discussed a few things at half time and came out with a much more purposeful look about them , they equalised when Steve Colwell lobbed the ball over Keeper Sam Burgess . It came as a big blow to the homes side when , shortly after having a big shout for a penalty when he was brought down by Mike Landricombe denied , the constantly dangerous Ben Bament beat the same player well to curl the ball inside the far post and into the net to restore the lead . . Parkway cleared their heads and built some momentum again with Levi Landricombe dragging a left foot shot wide when well placed , and then Burgess denying Luke Rundle and Levi with brilliant saves . Hallen's keeper Burgess was then forced off with a hamstring injury and, after a lengthy stoppage , was replaced in goal by midfielder Andy Cook . Parkway were unable to test him with Levi blazing his shot over , and then close range headers from Will Stringer and Mike Landricombe going agonisingly wide . Hallen always looked composed on the break , and they sealed the win by making it 3-1 deep in stoppage time when substitute Liam McCaughey beat Ben Elphick with a low cross shot .
