Nemesis
Arscott & Ludlam, both players Lafs knows from his time at Newquay. Arscott is a quality no nonsense defender, looks the part too. Luds was injured for most of his time at Newquay so difficult to say if he would fit into the St Austell set up, but Lafs knows a good player when he sees one. Keep hearing other names in the pipeline, might be one or two nudged towards the exit at Poltair as Lafs looks to cut the budget. You have to stand back and applaud the man, there would not be too many managers wanting to cut a playing budget. I for one, hope that Lafs enjoys being the main man. number5
I can't imagine Tom smith leaving, a few tough decisions for laffs to make it seems, a good thing maybe, make players fight for their places.

cornish brazilian
Job application? You obviously don't know me very well, as if you did, you would know that I am well and truly happy to be out of local football management/coaching. And as a result, I'm able to head down to Treyew Rd, a place I have fond memories as a player, and see the work on and off the field people are putting in to keep Truro City FC alive and maintain their status as Cornwall's premier football club. The above is a quote from Laffs a few short weeks ago on this forum! Clearly he has the potential to manage at a far higher level! Seriously, I don't know the man but a friend whose opinions I value does say he's a good guy so all the best to him.
