Blazey 3 Launceston 4. Interesting game with Launceston coming from behind. Don't know what happened in the last 15 mins at the Clubhouse end as it was in complete darkness! 12 lights out on the floodlights and largely at that end. Dangerous or get on with it? I'll leave that for the players to comment/decide.

Parkway 3 Wantage Town 0 ( HT 1-0 ) ( Paul Heveran , Levi Landricombe , Ryan Richards )

Superb reaction from Parkway after last week's defeat to Bodmin as they caused another Vase upset by beating the high flying Hellenic league team . An inspired display by Man Of The Match Ben Elphick in which he pulled off 3 brilliant saves ,with the post also denying the dangerous Matt Pedder and Richard Claydon for Wantage , and Richard Guy putting a great chance wide when well placed . Luke Rundle had the home sides first meaningful effort effort after 25 minutes when his shot was deflected into the side netting , and it was the same player who provided the deep cross from which Paul Heveran sent a looping header into the net for a goal that was very much against the run of play .Parkway started the second half in more positive , Danny Lewis almost extended the lead on another couple of occasions when he narrowly failed to get his head to a Rundle cross , and then lashed a left footed shot against the defender on the line with the keeper beaten . Elphick pulled off another fine save to keep out a Guy header and then , with the game getting stretched as Wantage chased the equaliser , turning provider for Levi Landricombe to show great persistence in putting defender and keeper under pressure from the long clearance to roll the ball home for the second . There was still time for Elphick to keep out another close range header with a reflex save , before Ryan Richards completed the victory when he converted Lewis' pass .

Yes the pitch was in absolute superb condition for mid November, very impressive. But 12 bulbs not working out of 24 and largely all at one end and side is not acceptable for me Paul. In the interest of players safety first and quality of light in last 20 mins to play quality football second, I am surprised it was allowed. Only my thoughts, not criticism.

Mousehole 5 Holsworthy 0

Congratulations to Mousehole for creating a bit of SWPL history with their 11th straight win since the start of the season against us yesterday.

The huge transformation in their fortunes from last season's lowly league finish has been immense and of the teams we have faced so far this season Mousehole have been far and away the best.

We were in the game up until half time, going in only 1-0 down thanks to two or three great saves from Jack Dixon and were unlucky not to be level when Nick Aplin prodded the ball over from 6yds just before half time.

To be fair 2nd half it was one way traffic as Mousehole's extra quality and experienced told against a young Holsworthy side playing their first game for a month and the the home side took full advantage as we tired rapidly in the later stages.

Well impressed with Mousehole's Steve Burt in centre mid.

Another 3 points for the G and another goal for Carl Rickard. I'm almost tasting that pint JohnPerryman! ;)

Watched this game and wasn't particularly impressed with either team. What has happened to the lovely free flowing football Godolphin were playing earlier this season? Very much kick and rush with lots of long balls. G were gifted all three goals with individual mistakes from Camelford, who struggled to pass the ball ten yards, they gave it away time after time bound to pay the price with the goalscorers G have in their team. The sending off of the G's striker was one of the most ridiculous I have ever seen when he stuck the V's up to the assistant referee, what was he thinking? Only option was a red card from referee Martin Ault who I thought was first class. G's No10 was lucky to stay on the park when he went over the top and connected with an opponents midrift, only a yellow. Also the goalie was continually F ing and blinding but may have been difficult for the Ref to pick up with so much moaning and groaning going on. A lacklustre game not much to choose between the two teams but G just about deserved it but only just. Can't see a top six finish on this performance but may be wrong we will see.

Cullompton 0 St Austell 3

Good win for the Lillywhites despite only having 12 players available as a result of suspensions, injury & work committments It could have been 6 or 7 if it wasn't for the woodwork, good goalkeeping and near misses. Cully were a very young side who played with plenty of spirit and they kept their heads up but they desperately need a striker who can finish. If they can keep these lads together for a while then they could make considerable progress in the future. Thanks Cully for a very warm welcome.

Scorers - Tinsley 2, Pople.
