Wendron welcomed Falmouth Athletic to Underlane yesterday, and recorded a 4-0 victory. After the close fought away game a few weeks ago this was much different, this was a one sided affair, that Wendron should have won more comfortably! Two goals apiece from Luke Wort and Jason Roberts, a solid performance from Liam Trathen, who not only passed well but worked very hard from the start. It was also good to see James Rowberry making another appearance since his return from a long injury, and getting stronger every week. All the best to Melville and everyone at Falmouth Athletic for the rest of the season.

Hayle 2-4 Perranwell 0-1 half time two young sides perran very direct 1st half and scored late in the 1st half , thought probably 0-0 would have ben ok at half time but goals gets points , second half got 2-1 in front and seemed to have the game under control but perran capitalised on their set plays which we were caught out three times we played well for a part of the second half but perran were sharper where it counts and goals win games and they played more football in the second half well reffed by Andy Macnight who let the play flow and played the advantage well and commanded the pitch with respect , Perran like Hayle very young side and deserved the win , no complaints there , and good luck to them for the rest of the season , some good performances from Keiron Harris ,Scott James and Craig Wilcox lots of games to come and hopefully we can pick up some more points learning curve for some and we need to concentrate for 90 mins when we think the points are in the bag
