What is with the (full training if you wish)? I believe you have to be qualified assistant to do the line in the combo or you are fined.

There may be a very small fine, but it is better to have someone willing to do this vital role than no one. How many times do you see a Manager or a Sub run the line ?, not too many of those will be 'qualified'. Newquay are offering someone the chance to become involved in a community club, gain experience and even get qualified, I would hope that someone would fancy having a go, even if it is just for the tenner.

There is enough abuse given to those that are qualified let alone someone not. (I should know, I got enough abuse from you and others at Newquay when I ran the line against you)}
