Dave Deacon
Only 1-1 at the break with the two goals coming towards the end of the half and within minutes of each other, who would have thought that the second half would have been a goal feast! However, St Day made the most of their breaks with some clinical finishing. Illogan still need four points to definitely take the title with remaining matches against the following, but is the FA Full-time stats correct in saying they don't play now until Saturday week? Seems a long time! 18/05/13 15:00 Home v St Just 21/05/13 18:30 Home v Wendron United 25/05/13 15:00 Away to St Just 28/05/13 18:30 Home v Ludgvan Meanwhile, St Day have three games, all away presumably because of cricket commitments at the Vogue:- 14/05/13 18:30 Away at St Just 21/05/13 18:30 Away at St Agnes 30/05/13 18:30 Away at Penryn Athletic Photos from tonight.............. isaac rosenberg
With seven league wins and a freak defeat in the last eight, St Just will look forward to entertaining both title contenders. Looking at the fixtures, neither contender for the title has any gimmes.
