FT St Day Res 1 Rosudgeon 0

Great battling performance from Rosudgeon tonight.

St Day started the better side and were well on top for the first 25 minutes and deservedly went in front, through a cool finish past the advancing keeper.

The rest of the half was much more even with Rosudgeon looking threatening from set pieces.

HT 1-0

Second half much more even and we Rosudgeon just couldn't find a clear cut chance.

Couple of half chances from both sides in the second half but St Day held firm for a valuable 3 points.

All the best to St Day in your promotion push

Bit of a surprise result down at Constantine tonight?

id have to disagree with you ben they are a very talented bunch of youngsters as we witnessed saturday , why shouldnt they beat redruth united, even though utd are a good team as well. Can understand perhaps your thinking of them with reference to league standings but Constantine nice little side with great movement. :)

Having only played them once last season and once this season, my post was more of a question than a statement.

I know it's a hard place to go and get a result, especially with Steve Jeweller in the middle pulling the strings!
