motherwontletmegoargyle
The 2 teams propping up the discipline table. So how many will be on the pitch at full time. Looking at the table 4 of the bottom 5 are placed in the top 6 of the league Are all these dirty teams, do refs appear to dish out cards to players with reputations. Is there a card happy ref or 2 out there. Credit to Bodmin and Launceston in the top 3 of the discipline table. Nice to see Cullompton top of a table. Nick Pope
Aaron Reed man in the middle. FT Plymouth Parkway 1 v 2 Elburton Villa I only caught last 30 min and what a finish... All goals in last 15... Villa scorers Sam Stevens and Levi Landricombe.
Ian Pethick
Was surprised it finished with everybody on the pitch after the way the game started in the first few minutes . First half was not the greatest quality , but was always gripping as both sides looked pretty well matched and were restricted to half chances . Second half was a different story , Villa looked sharper, more organised and played the better football as the game went on.We had a couple of escapes before Sam Stevens got Villa's first and apart from Jamie Bass' late goal to bring it back to 2-1 ,do not remember Parkway making any other clear cut openings . Not taking anything away from Villa (who were worthy winners),but too many Parkway players looked out of form and jaded . We need to beat both Bodmin and Newquay in the last 2 matches , and rely on Villa slipping up in their last 3 matches . Second place (and the Western League) feels like it's gone now . tricky ricky
high tempo to the game for the first 45mins villa kept and used the ball better in the second half personaly i think a draw would have been fair result .was surprised to see all 10 people standing in the elburton technical area all durung the match referee 6/10 great turn out considering there were plenty of games on locally and on t.v. as could be a blessing in discise for parkwark if they dont get second moving to western is a bad shout. priceless
