offside!
The Looe defence are on red alert after I read in the paper today that ex Bodmin striker Paul May will be seeing out the rest of the season with Maker and Rame. Had he still got it? ... Only time will tell but one thing for sure is defences in duchy one won't be enjoying their breakfast this morning "the bull" is back

footballfan
By all accounts the bull has been maintaining his fitness eyeing up today's date as a possible return, after speaking to their manager he has had a positive influence and is keen to turn his training form into goals on a matchday
4-4-2
Offside, is that the same Paul May that played for Bodmin in the 90's? If he is only half as good as he was then, then M&R are in for a real treat. I remember watching him play for Bodmin in the League Cup Final at Newquay when Bodmin hammered Truro 5-0 and Paul (Rev to his friends I think?) absolutely battered ex Argyle defender Darren Tallon
footballfan
That's the one 4-4-2 , a tall rangy striker with an eye for goal! His bullish attitude towards the game also allows him to play centre half when Maker require, great addition
Dean Cardew 8
Blimey, what a 'marquee' signing for Maker and Rame. Watched Rev play lots of times, a top player. Like football fan said, can play either up front or centre half. The best compliment for him was a quote from one of the best goalkeepers ever at local level Paul Hicks who said "You've always got to play Rev, whether it's defending or attacking, he wins every ball that comes in the box".
