skyblueref
Good to see the final is nice and central......Saltash!!!!! To be fair Neil I think the county are doing the right thing. Last year it was Newquay-central and the previous year Hayle in the west. And if the Junior west final is Pz that makes sense aswell. Port had it last year. pointers
As this is a hot topic i was just wondering how long the 7 day notice of approach lasts for.....? can a club bombard someone for the remainder of the season or is there a certain amount of days that the transfer has to be completed in? the reason i ask is my brother in law plays for a local club in falmouth, he's as loyal as they come, another local team has put 7 days in for him, he doesnt want to leave, but they are continuing to hassle him to transfer, they seem to think that now they have out 7 days in for him they are aloud to do this??? opinions / views?? Technically the approaching team have to wait the 7 days before they can speak to the player but we all know that in reality clubs don't wait. All he can do is politely say thanks but no thanks and leave it to that. If they continue to hassle him I suggest he goes to league officials or the CCFA
Pitty
The approaching club must wait 7 days from the date on the letter of approach. After that 7 days has expired they have a further 21 days to approach the player. After that time has expired the approaching club cannot approach the same player until after May 31st
