Who in a reasonable state of mind would go too Cury?!

Most of their squad are over 35 or over 15st or smoke heavily or drink themselves into oblivion on Friday nights (and most others).

In some cases all the above boxes can be ticked, I shall not be drawn into naming or shaming!

TBH its no coincidence that they are bottom of the league. LOL.

I take it Ralph McTell isn't your really name we at cury have had decent success in the last few years but as a result of a number of r superstar players moving on to pastures new we have struggled this season however u won't hear us complaining we just enjoy the get together and a game of footy on a Saturday

I think it is very imature for people to slag down a club that has clearly stated it is there for people to enjoy the game and not about winning when u have so many teams tht have folded in the last few years..... Theres 5 divisions here and cury are at the bottom of one maybe but i bet they have more spirit then most come a saturday when they win lose or draw then most teams that come on her bitching about the wrong decisions in there game..... Rant over

We played Cury on Saturday, and as is known, on the day it was a one sided affair. But I will reiterate what I said onthe results thread, they're a good bunch there who never once complained throughout the match, and make the best of average facilities and the fact they have to do all the things associated with getting a game played themselves. That is what football at this level is all about, pulling together be it win, lose or draw each week, so that the collective of each team/club can look forward to the next match.

All the best to everyone at Cury for the rest of the season
