Argyle Fan
Surprised to see the St Luke's game on Tuesday has been postponed already. As the weather in Plymouth has been / is still dry & windy I would have expected the Bolitho pitch to be in reasonable condition even after being played on on Saturday.Do Devon FA not insist on a pitch inspection? Even so the referee would need a pretty good crystal ball to know on Sunday that the pitch will be unplayable on Tuesday. It's disappointing that the tie now reverts to Tavistock next week. I was looking forward to some midweek football now that the weather has finally relented but probably will have to give it a miss now.
Roll on Saturday
To be fair the pitch was cut up and rain expected - so this match goes to Tavy next week then ?
