A more competitive second half to keep the good sized crowd on their feet saw chances at both ends but Perran scored a second midway through when a cross from the right fell to an attacker at the far post.Tom Benney with an acrobatic volley,after missing a 1 on 1 with Micky Lane,pulled a goal back with 12 minutes to go and substitute Bobby Bryant also went close.
