Roman has the right to appoint who he chooses whilst he pays the wages, One man, One choice. How many banks and yanks own Internet Utd and the failing Scousers ? Can't argue with Utd's success since LFC went the way of the dinosaurs, but at least CFC know who owns them.

The London blues have taken the Arsenal role of making sure a Capital club continues to pee off the moaning northerners, a trophy or two here and there, just to keep things interesting. The City blues became everyones 2nd fav club for a day when they beat QPR 3-2 and pi55ed on Utd's parade.

Wenger would have been sacked at any hungry club, not won anything in years and continue to be a selling club. And for those who were around before Sky TV, Sir Moanalot was just one game from getting the boot, before Mark Robins saved his bacon with a lucky win at Nottm Forest, yes Fergie went over 3 years without winning anything. Anyone remember when Utd were almost sold for £10m (thats the entire club, players, Old Toilet, the lot) to some bloke who fancied a kickabout at the Stretford End, before it turned out he thought they wanted 10p.

Every club has points that other can look at and have a good laugh with their mates, Spurs for example !

Why is everyone slating the Russian Chelsea owner ? He has created more jobs and put more money into the economy than the pathetic Gov't and greedy Banks put together.

Can't argue with Fergie, no really you can't, he'd throw tea cups, hairdryers and his toys out of the pram if any decision went against his precious little Utd. Mind you, at least he would have seen something through his blinkered one red eye, Wenger wouldn't have seen anything, ever.

Keep the banter coming chaps, RDM will get a pay off worth more than yours and my house, car and wages for 25 years - I know whose bank balance I'd rather have.

RDM was only on a one year contract in any event, he got more than half way through it, a better percentage than most managers. Roman may have made some strange decisions in the past, but employing either The Spanish Waiter and Arry 'del boy' Redsack, would suggest he has been sniffing to much gas.

Jose or Pep, the only two men good enough for the job.

He was on a 2 year contract ( which means nothing ) maybe a little shop in Londons posh area may be able to supply the silverwear this Russian mupppett is looking for . And Jose was also given the boot ... but i hear his Mrs misses the fine shops in London ...

Only two men for the job??? Possibly the worlds two best managers,... you sound like you are the worlds biggest and best club that deserves the best manager....wake up you are not!

Whilst Roman and his cash are around, then CFC fans should expect the best manager and players available. If you have no sugar daddy (which is what most fans of other clubs are jealous about), then you become an average side such as Spurs, Everton and the Hammers. All those 3 clubs have similar gates of 35,000 and a good income to match, it unfortunately, is all about the money.

If you don't have the big money, you can only hope to get an above average manager, Everton have Moyes who has kept them up and even in the top 8 at times but no cigar. Spurs had Harry and kicked him out rightly or wrongly, but he suited the club down to the ground. West Ham just cannot find a manager of any quality, which is why of three similar sized clubs, they are the yo-yo side.

So we have established that Roman is the reason for Chelsea's knockers... back to the fact that Man Ure and the failing Scousers are owned by Banks & Yanks, I know which is the more stable and secure in this instance.

Spurs average gate is more like your average gate and not 35,000, the wating list at spurs for a season ticket is one of the longest in the country, you say the more stable and secure but no stability with in the club with 9 managers in 9 years and probably the most insecure job in football

Roman might be a joke... but every club and their fans would love his MONEY. Everton have spent less on Silver Polish than AFC Wimbledon.

There will be some who recall Man Utd being European Champs in 1968, they went through a right royal disaster in the years that followed, including relegation to the old Second Division, going through managers almost yearly + their very own s3x scandal. Certainly CFC match Utd on Euro Cup, managers and s3x, relegation will suit the fans, we all remember Grimsby away :drink:

Four surgeons are taking a coffee break:

1st surgeon says "Accountants are the best to operate on because when you open them up, everything inside is numbered."

2nd surgeon says "Nah, librarians are the best. Everything inside them is in alphabetical order."

3rd surgeon says "Try electricians, man! Everything inside them is colour coded."

4th surgeon says "I prefer Chelsea fans. They're heartless, spineless, gutless and their heads and Bottom's are interchangeable."

Think you are about to find out that the fans may have now had enough and the Roman Empire may have had its' day. There are plenty at the Bridge who quite liked it when 'they we're a bit crap' - this may be one appointment that starts the beginning of the end for Roman and possibly Chelsea as a top side.

OK, NOW WE ARE A LAUGHING STOCK.... http://www.chelseafc...nitez-appointed

Interim manager!! just like di matteo was, then if he does crap they will get rid of him at the end of the season, then will be manager number 10 in 10 years!!!

There will be CFC fans demanding he goes now, he hasn't won anything in the last hour ! At least Torres can now get a decent meal from his favourite waiter.
