Mike Odgers Posted October 2, 2012 Report Share Posted October 2, 2012 Falmouth will be looking to complete a SWPL double over visitors Liskeard tonight at Bickland 7-30pm The early season fixture saw Town triumph with a 4-1 win after being 0-1 down at the interval, Liskeard have yet to record a victory in the 11 previous Peninsula meetings with Falmouth and will also want to avoid defeat as they are on 99 League defeats in their SWPL history. Will any of the Bickland injured return tonight ? but the club is well supported by the Reserves who are in form and leaging the JCCL League. Aberfalman Posted October 2, 2012 Report Share Posted October 2, 2012 Finished 2-2. Liskeard went one up just before half-time with a nice finish. Karl Turner equalised after about an hour before Liskeard took the lead again...probably against the run of play. Luke Wort equalised with five minutes or so left when the ref over-ruled his assistant who seemed to be waving for offside as he went through on his own and rounded the keeper.
