mikesrep Posted September 12, 2012 Report Share Posted September 12, 2012 Another fine performance by Ian Southcotts 'lambs' but have to give a talented Liverton side credit for battling from start to finish. 4 late 2nd half goals flattered the home side a little but some of the football was scintillating at times from a team full of talented players and confidence. Bodmin away next - now that WILL be a test!! Thought the Ref had an excellent game tonight and both his assistants too. The talking point would have been the straight red card for the Liverton 10 late in the first half, for what appeared to be a 'stamp'. But the ref was probably closest to the incident and didn't hesitate. Don't think the away sides manager/ coach would agree however, but he disagreed with every decision that went against his team!
