I think the desicion would be down to the council.

But being the start of the season and having the amount of games that pitch gets through the season, 2 games a weekend plus the locals who come down off old hill

to play on it . you dont want to cut it up this early.

Fair point, but as the above said it is going to get cut up anyway, the weather is going to get far worse than this!

well there is a differance isnt there from playing on it when its boggy to playing when its dryed out a bit. anyway its got nothing to with me i was just merly stating

having played for albion for a few seasons a few years ago. the drainage on that pitch has never been the best anyway

Smashing Pumpkin is correct.

The big problem you have now is it is council owned and the guys down there have a preference to Athletic DC so if there is a risk that Albion would cut the pitch up, then they will call the game
