At least Illogan had the courtesy to inform us earlier than Wadebridge but cancelling a PSF because they haven't got a goalkepeer 2 days before the game I think is quite sad!!!!!!

What is wrong with teams/clubs not honouring PSF. This is the worst pre-season I have ever been part of both as a player and manager!!!!! I am sure I am not alone in that!!!!!!

Hopefully, we can find someone to give us a run out to fill the gap left by our opponents.

The restructuring of Cornish football to meet the criteria of the pyramid system has weakened local football imeasurably.

Too many teams and not enough players, plus, the recession, play with my mates, only play for this manager, and the general apathy of local footballers has done for local football.

Too much has been done for and given to the youngsters of today that they now believe they do you a favour by playing for you. Ask any-one to do something and the answer is how much!

It has all started with the youth set-ups where they turn up and all they have to do is play football and go home. Kit supplied, free drinks, free food the list goes on and they carry this belief that everything is free until they enter senior leagues. It is then perpetuated by many clubs and so it goes on, the demise of many clubs is not far away.
