afreshstart
We've trained on it every week for the last four and it's been perfect even with the constant sunshine that we have been blessed with. Are you coming down dean? Joe
MEX
If I can get away from work I will try and get down at some stage. The weather has now picked up this afternoon, ideal playing conditions now. Good luck!!
afreshstart
Great game of football tonight and some major plus points for gunnislake. Playing against a strong shakespeare side with a number of ex south western league players or should I say players who could step up. gunnislake held their own for 45 mins, matching the opposition man for man and having equal possession even though shakespeares movement always looked dangerous. Gunni were unlucky to not have scored in the first half and just before the break went one nil down to a penalty which was sweetly struck into the corner. Gunni at half time made a number of changes to the starting 11 and didn't react to shakespeare quick football in the 2nd half and conceded a further 4 goals in the last 25 mins, one another penalty. Great forward play by jack ball was rewarded with I think two goals, mr conn and neil kinsman were solid for shakespeare. For gunni the front two are creating chances, out wide we looked dangerous, back 4 solid until we changed 3 of them at half time and it took time to settle. Cen mid growing with each game and keeper class. Up the gunnislake and roll on another game
