Darren Lewarne
Redruth United Football Club is very pleased to announce that Neal Jeffree has joined the club following an EGM yesterday. Neal has managed Illogan’s Combination team for the last two seasons, guiding them to 3rd and 4th place, prior to which he was the assistant manager when the successful Illogan side completed the Combination Treble. Neal will be managing Redruth’s first team with Ivan Blenes, as the team aims to build on last season’s successful promotion into Trelawny Premier League. Darren Lewarne, Club Secretary says “I’m really pleased to have someone of Neal’s calibre involved with Redruth United. He brings good experience, and fresh ideas, and I'm sure he will prove invaluable to helping the club progress.” Darren is sorry to advise that because of Darin Thomas’s work commitments, he is unable to be involved every week as manager of the reserve team. As a result, Darren Lewarne will be managing the reserve team with John Salmon. Darin Thomas will continue to be involved as much as possible. Redruth still have some availability for pre-season matches for both the first team and reserves - please contact Darren Lewarne 07760 374642 or redruth.unitedfc@btinternet.com for details.
