Mark Leah
On Monday evening, the two teams play each other at Vogue Park, Home of St Day AFC. Car park will be available to players, officials and CCFA only. Overflow car park will be at the pub 200 yards from the ground. Entrance is £2 (set by league) and there will be a match programme being sold on the night by the club. Could I have the squads from both teams please to finish the programme??? Plus managers and club colours. The kitchen, inside the clubhouse will be open selling tea, coffee, cakes and pasties, and as it’s an evening game Burgers are going to be on sale, along with the usual chips etc. So come along to St Day AFC and watch what hopefully will be a cracking game of football. 6:15pm this Monday evening. Also 8pm, big screen ARSENAL V WIGAN. HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL ON MONDAY Kindest Regards Mark

Mark Leah
Thanks very much for all the squad info guys, the programmes are not going to be printed until Monday and I could have a page free in the programme if anyone wants to give a match report from when you guys meet in the league it would be great, otherwise I will enter in an advert. Thanks very much Mark

Mama Sidibe
Mawnan 0-1 Goonhavern (0-0 h/t) After the disaster that was Saturday when we lost to TMS and lost key players to injury, we turned up tonight with a bare 11 and had to start with players playing out of position and Martin Bennetts playing with no right ankle! Despite this we turned in a really good gritty performance against a Mawnan side which was as big, strong and well organised as ever. Our goal came midway through the second half when Sam Mansfield drilled in a rasper from 25 yards out leaving the 'keeper with no chance. Aside from this both defences were on top although we created a few good openings as the game wore on and had a stone wall penalty turned down. Mawnan's best chance came right at the end of the game when Steve Retchford found space on the edge of the box but was closed down quickly. Each player put in a good shift, however, special mention must go to Martin Bennetts who was immense at the back even though before the game he couldn't even weight bare on his ankle. St Day were top hosts. All the best to Mawnan!
