st day v dobwalls

St day played Dobwalls in a friendly last night and lost 3 - 1, although st day where very short as players away on holiday the players gave Dobwalls a very good game 1-1 until 20mins to go. Dobwalls first game in the peninsula league is against Hayle and from what i saw last night i think Hayle will come out on top.

Dobwalls striker wearing the no 10 shirt is their most effective player watch ou for him.

As said st day where missing key players such as stu, witts,gareth,danny watts,willy,and paul hosking. The team task put together played really well and where unlucky not to have added to their score with perran cooke having several chances.

Well done to the boys last night and i really enjoyed playing in goal for the first time since i left school. :drink:

This game was played in the spirit that fitted a pre season friendly, well done to both sides.

yeh i agree was played in a way in which these type of games should be played. we too had a few players missing but it was still a good work out for both teams i thought. all the best for the up coming season to all at st day
