If this has been asked before-my apologies

What is the Sunday League ruling - regarding players who have played any senior games - Does this mean that by doing so they cannot play in the sunday league -

or is it as per normal junior / senior status whereby if you play 5 games for a side in the Cornwall Combination league,SWPL or ECPL you are classified as a senior player and cannot play again in the sunday league until reinstated to Junior status by the CCFA.

or is it - if you play one senior game you are then disqualified from playing in the Sunday League

your help in advising the rule would be great

thanks Steve

Im not 100% these days without checking up but i believe if you play one game you have to wait a month before you can play and maybe the same up to 5 games. After you have played 5 senior games you cant play sunday footy that season and may even run into the next season. I think thats correct but im sure someone else will confirm or put me straight. The sunday cup is the exception but i think that cup is in semi final stages where it used to be that senior players cant play once at that round although im not sure if that rules still in place.

Not sure if youve been reinstated as a junior player after playing 5 senior games but i think that would prob still rule you out of the sunday league for that season. Contacting the league and pushing your case would maybe give you a chance in these circumstances

If you have played 5 senior games this season then you can be reinstated as a junior and play Sunday football next season.

The only rule is that the club can only play one reinstated player. After one season that player is then classed as junior again (if they don't play combo or above again).

If you play one game at combo, even 1 minute as a sub, it rules you out of Sunday football for 30 days.
