After knocking out the favourites for promotion from Division 1 West in the Senior Cup, Likeard find themselves up against the side leading the promotion race from Division 1 East tomorrow. I predict an upset here and maybe a penatly shoot out to decide the other Throgmorton Cup tie.

Wednesdays league match has to go down as a home win when Bodmin look to avenge one of their two league defeats.

Well Liskeard scored twice, both contenders for "Showboat" on SoccerAM. Good to see the Blues bounce back a find some of their missing form of late. Exmouth pushed them all the way though and with a little luck or more composure in front of goal it could easily have gone into extra time. Exmouth spent much of the second period in the Blues half.

Witnessed the draw in the Tea hut after (all done very fairly - I'm not a conspiracy theorist!!) and I think all the Premier clubs must be happy with that - with the exception of the Clarets maybe!

Well done to the Exmouth players for having a drink in the clubhouse after the game before their long trip back and Good luck for rest of the season.
