Timbotastic Posted December 31, 2011 Report Posted December 31, 2011 When does a player become illegible to play junior football?? Is it 5 games for a senior club or 5 consecutive games??? Any help on this matter would be greatly apreciated

Any player who has taken part in five or more competitive matches in a Senior competition during the preceding and current season shall be disqualified from playing in Junior Competitions except with the sanction of the Council. Any player desiring Reinstatement to Junior status must apply in his own writing to the Reinstatement Secretary stating reasons and also giving full details as to competitions and matches he has taken part in during the preceding and current season with the name of his intended Club. A player may not be reinstated to Junior status more than twice in any one season unless under exceptional circumstances. A fee of £6 which must accompany the request. No Player shall be reinstated after the date of the completion of the third round. From the county handbook.
