duchy 2 gerrans and st mawes 3-1 holywell and cubert game abandoned after about 80 mins when their goalkeeper who was just about to get his marching orders for kicking one of our players decided he would headbutt the ref.no reflection on holywell team who are a good bunch of lads.just one idiot who prob wont ever play again.just hope we get the 3 points.

Is this a wind up or are you really saying that a player head butted a referee ?

If so I'm surprised that more comments have'nt been made

I may be mistaken but I think a player has in the past been given a custodial sentence for a physical attack on a ref

It certainly looks like something has happened as the Duchy League web site states the Referee abandoned the game in the 85th minute after the dismissal of the goalkeeper, the game is now subject to a league inquiry

been told the guy that done it was a complete div all game,he even threatened a girl that was sat wiv the home subs apparently??

if its the same guy im thinkin of then he was reffin at the uk 7s tournament in newquay at the end of the summer,he was a dope then 2 mind!!
