Matthews Dad played for St Day AFC when he was younger unfortunately Matthew never did, ( I DON'T THINK), However He's also the nephew to our President and cousin to our Vice chairman, Brian Etherington & Mark Etherington respectively.

Stoke deserved their H/T lead.

They unsettled Spurs.

2nd Half,Spurs should have won the game.We all know the reason why.

But I can see why several Premiership managers complain about Stoke.

Constant,time wasting,fouling for most of game.Its not pretty to watch.

From a Spurs point of view,I to think Spurs will finish in the top 4 ,if they continue to play the way they are at the moment.

I also played with his dad ! ( on the pitch ) @ the Well , Peter, he was the number 10 and i was number 9..a very good player although he could be a nasty bugger!!! lol Got on well with him though!!
