New Manager for Falmouth Under 18's

Recommended Posts

Falmouth Town are delighted to announce the appointment of Melville Benney as the Manager for our new Under 18's Side with immediate effect for next season. The management team feel that this is a great step forward in the infrastruture of the Club for the future ,as we look to improve our Youth Development which will feed our two Senior Teams in seasons to come.

Melville has many years of coaching experience bringing through many young players at Falmouth Albion, where he will also continue as manager. Melville will work closely with Paul Murray our Combination Manager and the players will play in the Trelawney League. We wish Melville many years of success at Falmouth Town AFC.

Cant see that working where are the u/18s going to progress to? Albion or Town also most u/18s will already be connected with other clubs having already been in mens football from the age of 16.With the ruling one player one club coming in at the same time as the discipline being changed from days to games, the players would have to be signed for Town if they are playing for Town 18's Not Albion!

If Melville is to continue as manager of Falmouth Albion, how will he manage Falmouth Under 18's when both play in the new Trelawney League?
