New Manager Required

Recommended Posts

West Cornwall FC Reserves are seeking a new manager for the 2011/2012 season.

This will be the fourth season for West Cornwall as a club, having enjoyed some good success in our first two season we won both the mining 3 league and cup in 08/09 and then the mining 2 cup in 09/10. This season we introduced a reserve team that consists of a lot of young players, many in their first season of mens football but all of who are very promising players. Mixed with a couple of more experienced lads we had a fairly good season as a whole but as we pretty much manged ourselves we lacked that extra pair of eyes on the sideline that led to some inconsistent performances. We ended up coming 7th in Falmouth Helston Div 3 but were fighting for a top 3 finish until the last couple of weeks. We believe that we have the facilities and the players required to push on and challenge for silverware next season and a new manager will be the last piece of the puzzle.

The new manager would work closely with both our head coach Dan Inch and our new first team manager to pick the team, make changes and manage us on a Saturday. Our training is already taken care of as we have several well qualified FA coaches who organise some great sessions for us, this means that we are more interested in someone with good man management skills who will be capable of managing the side on the Saturday but it is not essential that they have coaching qualifications.

If anyone is interested please PM me for more details or post any questions that you have here.
