Most managers are judged on their results and his have been abysmal but he has the full support of the fans thanks to his amazing attitude towards helping the club. From paying the heating bill for the office staff to donating his runners-up medal from the F.A. Cup final to the auction to simply always saying the right thing he is doing a great job.
