The Combo League Table for the 1965-66 season looked like this at the end of the year

You posted whilst I was typing

Yes foot and mouth during 1966 restricted travelling to certain country areas. Mind you sometimes you could enter an area and sometimes not.

All cars, lorries, etc had to be washed and persons walking had to wash their foot wear.

In 1966 I was 11 and lived just outside Hereford and they halted all local village football to try and stop it spreading. It didn't work, piles of burning animals everywhere.
