Paul Posted October 6, 2010 Report Posted October 6, 2010 Are you watching Hansome Dan??? St Blazey 5v0 Penzance. Really good game of football. Pz had their chances in the first half but Tom in goal made some top class saves. Reski scored another cracking goal to make it 1v0 at half time. St Blazey took control in the second half and ran out out worthy winners. Great Strike from Trott for the 4th and 5th. Torpoint away on saturday.

Guest Uncle Albert Posted October 6, 2010 Report Posted October 6, 2010 Bodmin Town 1 Sherborne 0 Sam Matthews scored the goal after 50 minutes, a quality finish. Chris Luxton, who was targeted by Sherborne from the start, was sent off two minutes from time for a second yellow card, after apparently kicking the ball away. A very good game and Bodmin had several golden chances to secure victory. At the other end, Kevin Miller made three excellent saves and Steve Simmonds was superb as Bodmin kept their clean sheet. Bodmin away to Dawlish in the next round on November 13.
hansome dan Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 it,s a pity the lights did,nt fail at half-time did,nt see that result coming paul
silverfox Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 What punishment does the lad luxton get for the sending off, is it a 1 match ban and if so is it in the Vase comp or will it be another game?
Nemesis Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 What punishment does the lad luxton get for the sending off, is it a 1 match ban and if so is it in the Vase comp or will it be another game? I understand, that all bans are dished out by the players County FA, in this case Cornwall... and as we all know from the decisions they have made in the past, it could be 7,21,or even 35 days, your guess is as good as anyone elses. Knowing the lad as I do, anything more than 7 days would kill him, he just loves to play football. Do the right thing CCFA, 7 days and be done with it.
druth1966 Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 if it was 2 yellows then it should be a 7 day ban but then this is the CCFA
silverfox Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 So what you are saying is the punishment depends on who you are and what sort of mood the CCFA are in at the moment they make there decision, nice.
goodsense Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 Comic Sans MS"]nemesis you sound as if you have had a lot of dealings with the county FA ..... as far as I know the county are govern by the FA on what punishment is dish out . druth1966 is right it should be 7 days but it all depends on whether Mr Luxon just walked or as most players do give the ref more abuse, then it may be more.
King Kenny 7 Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 in the premier league which Bodmin play in they get game bans not days so Chris is likely to miss 1 game for 2 yellow cards Hope this helps
