100%cornish Posted October 3, 2010 Report Posted October 3, 2010 What has happened to my home town of newquay ,the saltash result was a real embarassment the team started the season so well but they are sliding down the league .Theres a lot of things not right at the club at the moment on and off the pitch,i wouldnt be surprised if the manager resigns soon it seems like the players just dont want to play for him anymore.I think trevor mewton assited by chris morris would be a good move to be in charge of the team. Also the once mighty newquay ladies team is in a mess losing every week there downfall was when they moved to truro then came back to newquay they lost all there best players to uni and different clubs just wish players like carla ward was still at the club .onto plymouth one week they are brilliant then play crap against hartlepool buy a goalscorer for christ sake lee hughes of notts county .I was at truro watching them play yesterday they play some lovely footy but still need a good centre half like tom smith .Good luck to all these teams .

Why have you posted in the non Cornish section ? Slipping down the table ? We have 4 games in hand over the teams above us. Trevor Mewton has never run a club with a zero budget, why would he start now ? Truro City ruined Newquay Ladies, Metts is doing a great job with no money and mainly local girls. Plymuff Arrogants to be relagated, Exeter top dogs in Devon ! Why waste a Tenner on $ity, you could have gone to Saltash, Plymuff or even watch Newquay Combo side win again at Mount Wise. Come on 100%, get your priorities right.
100%cornish Posted October 4, 2010 Author Report Posted October 4, 2010 Sorry nemesis for posting this in the non cornish section i was just goin to go on about plymouth but newquay popped into my head .I was thinking of goin sala them but they do play nice football .And at the moment exeter are higher up the league than plymouth but lets wait until may see whose where then .Like you said trevor mewton only goes wheres there money at the club and newquay havnt got any but i do think jim has taken the club as far as he can and the club could do with a new face in charge Chris morris player manager hes still a class player proved that last year in the arsenal legends match hope there will be another legends match soon man utd any luck .The newquay ladies went to truro for the money and it back fired on them but they where treated poorly down there.

TRICKSTER22 Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 I see the Ladies team have now been kicked out of the Fa Cup for fielding illegal players, yet there is no mention of it in the Cornish Guardian it it true ?
baldy Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 It's on the FA website .. Newquay ladies "removed" Tie awarded to PAFC
100%cornish Posted January 28, 2011 Author Report Posted January 28, 2011 Another boob boob by the newquay ladies management playing a player whose still on the books of a australian club and theres another complaint regarding the ladies which hasnt been disclosed yet ,the management team should of known this girl shouldnt of played in the match its like last year when the newquay ladies reserves where thrown out of the league .Plymouth Argyle ladies are bad losers and reported newquay i hope plymouth ladies get stuffed by derby in the next round .At least the ladies are still doin well in the league and i hope they beat plymouth ladies again without any complaints next time.
The Villains Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 Another boob boob by the newquay ladies management playing a player whose still on the books of a australian club and theres another complaint regarding the ladies which hasnt been disclosed yet ,the management team should of known this girl shouldnt of played in the match its like last year when the newquay ladies reserves where thrown out of the league .Plymouth Argyle ladies are bad losers and reported newquay i hope plymouth ladies get stuffed by derby in the next round .At least the ladies are still doin well in the league and i hope they beat plymouth ladies again without any complaints next time. So if it had been the other way around............ Dont blame PAL team for the BAD admin of Newquay and theres still one to come to light? Play legal players and there can not be ANY complaints.....
rhysie14 Posted January 28, 2011 Report Posted January 28, 2011 The complaint had nothing to do with being bad losers, Newquay were deserved winners on the day and no one can dispute that, but what can be disputed is an illegal player scoring the winning goal in a big Fa cup game,East Stirling have been kicked out of the scottish Fa Cup this week for a similar infringement and the FA and ourselves are just following the OFFICIAL competition rules, and as for the next round we are treating the trip to derby as a day out, and there is no pressure on us we are far more concerned with sewing the league up which we will do hopefully at home against Newquay.
Jasa Posted January 29, 2011 Report Posted January 29, 2011 Will you just shut up moaning about Plymouth. They may not even be a club next week. Be a real fan, buy anything and help to keep the club afloat and off moaning about them. It's "fans" like you that turn up when we're doing well that don't deserve an opinion. You haven't had anything good to say about them ever.
100%cornish Posted January 29, 2011 Author Report Posted January 29, 2011 jasa u r a 1st class i have been watching plymouth over 40 years i have missed 3 games this year,i turn up week after week. I am intitled to my opinion i catch a coach up walk from the town centre get something to eat go into ground it costs me over £40 but i love it each week and have been doin this for years they wont go out of business,i wish paul wotton had been player manager though .I was referring to newquay ladies this time so why have you got on your high horse .Got this bloody flu bug at moment got my ticket for bournemouth ticket but cant go so i have given it away think they will beat bournemouth 1_0.And i will continue to say what i think of plymouth im sorry to see crudgy go he was a legend at home park.Jasa when you have watched as many games as me you can comment i used to go up every week and watch the reserves play in the old combination league i saw clive allen score 5 goals for palace reserves then the match was abandoned due to fog .Well thats that i will let you get back to picking the ball out of your net lol.
Jasa Posted January 30, 2011 Report Posted January 30, 2011 What has going into town and walking up got to do with anything. Paul Wotton is a legendary PLAYER. Bringing a non proven manager in would be a massive gamble. I'm 22 years old. Clearly won't have been to as many games. You've ranted against a proven Newquay squad too who don't look like they're doing too badly up at the top of the league. And thanks for the personal dig. If you claim I'm conceding lots of goals, who am I playing for?
100%cornish Posted January 30, 2011 Author Report Posted January 30, 2011 I was told by my friend who you play for my my friend anita, someone like sticker i think your in the combination league i think.I think Paul Wotton would of done a brilliant job at Plymouth Yeovil must of seen something in him he scored a fantastic goal for yeovil yesterday ,it seemed like plyouth played well against bournemouth but the defence looked bad again on the tv i was wrapped up with my cough medicine and blanket .Just hope they dont go out of business and stay up .And i think Newquay have blown there promotion bid they have had too many bad results but they have got to play godolhin twice yet so you never know but i think the g will go up.Good luck for the rest of the season whoever you play for .
