BickyNutt Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 as a morwenstow player i thought st ives would of been alot stronger as we had a few players out and lost loads pre season, and then lost our keeper at half time,, sure st ives woudnt of complained if it was double figures has there keeper must of save 20 shots,, hope them all the best for the season,, got some decent players but they just wanted to have ago at each other?? We usually are much better then that, but that was by far the worst game we have played this year. It prob could have been close to double figures. At first look i thought we may have won, but we made stupid mistakes, you played well as a team and had a few decent players which won you the game. We didnt play as a team, everyone just bickered and the team fell apart. Good luck in the cup and for the rest of the season.
Adlestrop Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 If there is a more friendly and hospitable Club than Morwenstow: then I haven't seen it.

BickyNutt Posted September 30, 2010 Report Posted September 30, 2010 If there is a more friendly and hospitable Club than Morwenstow: then I haven't seen it. Yeah they certainly made us welcome. Really nice changing rooms + the after match room had food, drinks, a tv and had a great view onto the pitch.
