Soccer Follower Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 Match off - Div 1 Chacewater v St.Agnes - no referee
Rob Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 FHFL 2 Wendron 0 Trispen 2 (Ht 0-1) Felt we played the better football but Trispen were more physical and took their chances of which we were unable to create many. Referee deserves a mention, don't know his name but exactly what u want from a ref, tells you why he has made the decison and admits to any errors
Soccer Follower Posted September 25, 2010 Author Report Posted September 25, 2010 Div 1 Carharrack 2 Falmouth Athletic 1
mouser Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 div 2 culdrose 2 holmans 1, should of been more for culdrose but they didnt have their shooting boots on today. culdrose were far the better side and bring on st.keverne in the junior cup next week, it should be a cracker, note to any holmans players: play together as a team and pass the ball around more as the long ball is easy to defend against especially when its all you do( apart from trying to hack down any of the opposition at any time)
Royalblue Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 FHFL 3 Lizard Res 2 - 1 St Day Res Good game of football. Especially second half. We took a somewhat flukey lead with a cross-shot. Got the second, and then St Day came back strong and put us under a lot of pressure. They pulled one back but we held firm. Two sides getting on with the football. Good game for the spectators and the green army marches on! :D
Deano11 Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 Falmouth Albion 4 Penryn 4 Also heard fal athletic seconds beat hayle 7-0 or 7-1
Jamie Richards Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 FHFL 1 St. Keverne - 2 - 3 - Perranporth
Soccer Follower Posted September 25, 2010 Author Report Posted September 25, 2010 Div 3 Mullion 2 Mawnan 5 h/t 2-2 Enjoyable match which was competitive but fair.Difference between the teams was the finishing prowess of Mawnan especially in the second half. All the best to both teams for the rest of the season.
FAFC02 Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 FHFL Division 3- Falmouth Athletic DC 9 - Hayle 1. A very poor first half from us although we went into the break 2 - 1 up. Too many players thinking that Hayle would be just as easy as in the first game we played them. Hayle went 1- 0 up an dplayed some very good football for the first half hour. We then started to pick it up and scored two goals before the end of the half, feeling lucky to go in with the lead. The second half Hayle seemed to fall apart in places and we took full advantage knocking in another seven goals. Good luck to the lads at Hayle for the rest of the season and i think if they play an entire 90 the way the played the first half against us most teams will struggle against them!!!
west cornwall player Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 fal/hel div 3 carharrack res 1 vs westcornwall res 2, good game played today with two fighting teams going for the win well played west cornwall scored all the goals 2 from ian chatfield and a og
JTW Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 FHFL 1 St. Keverne - 2 - 3 - Perranporth Perran 2-0 up at half time playing down the hill (Jamie Cox with both), then a third as the 2nd half started (Rob Brandreth), they the defended and held on despite 2 goals in the last 10 minutes from St Keverne. :yahoo:
Smudge17 Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 FHL2 Lanner 4-2 Troon res We went 3-0 up in the 1st half and should have scored more but conceded a goal just before half time for the 2nd week in a row. Troon scored a good goal early in the 2nd half to make it 3-2 and continued to put us under pressure and we missed a few chances before we scored our 4th to make the game safe. Good luck to troon for the rest of the season. Lanner Goalscorers Lee Goldstone 2 Stuart Lugg 1 Symon Stephens 1

Guest Monty Posted September 26, 2010 Report Posted September 26, 2010 FHL Div 2 Penryn Vs Helston. 3 : 2 what an absolute cracker of a game and a real joy to referee and the highlight Of the game was a beauty cycle kick from bushy. One of these two teams will win the league

fal lad Posted September 27, 2010 Report Posted September 27, 2010 not my match report mr jerry, ashley got there before me, i completly agree with what he said about the game, hayle on that performance will give any team a good gaem and will be up near the top of the table come may, 9-1 doesnt do them justice, a lot of good finishing and good defending by us. we are top but its far too early to read into it yet though, great start by the boys, gota keep it going now

Jamie C Posted September 28, 2010 Report Posted September 28, 2010 carharrack res 1 - 2 west cornwall good game from both sides. first 20 mins were west cornwalls with a missed pen and 2 goals from chatfield. then carharrack lost there captain through injury whilst he was off and seein if he could continue carharrack got one back.. some say its and own goal but we will take it. 2nd half was much carharracks with a few missed chances on goal the scored stayed the same. west cornwall looking like a very good side in my view. great passing and movement. young lads well drilled. but i must say .. comment of the match went to there striker for saying .... NOOOO REF IM NOT OFFSIDE, U CANT BE OFFSIDE WHEN THE KEEPER KICKS IT OUT HIS HANDS.. !! UMM yes u can lol and 10 feet is one hell of a distance lol. well done to west cornwall, best of luck for the season!! sorry post bit late but better than never lol
