Perranwell Twins Posted September 18, 2010 Report Posted September 18, 2010 good tough game today, came from 2 goals down.. reckon we created most of the pressure but falmouth defended well. 5th goal beats my 4 from last season!
troon92 Posted September 18, 2010 Report Posted September 18, 2010 Danny Claypitt had 4 of troons goals
st ives town fc Posted September 18, 2010 Report Posted September 18, 2010 St Ives Scorers: Curtis Richards, Chris Lock.
chippy 10 Posted September 18, 2010 Report Posted September 18, 2010 pendeen goal scorer Luke May and the attendance was 50
chippy 10 Posted September 18, 2010 Report Posted September 18, 2010 after watching pendeen v st ives today the difference seemed to be the lino. A goal scored by both teams in identical circumstances the st ives goal given because the lino didn,t flag for a possible offside but up the other end the linos flag was uplike a rocket. It seems that some linos need to think about decisions before flaging.

Enjoyable game to play in.
Mike Odgers Posted September 18, 2010 Report Posted September 18, 2010 It was Steve Winnan who scored the first and Luke Wort with a screamer for the second. Must say well done to the programme editor for a very tidy 8 page edition (without adverts)

Mike Odgers Posted September 18, 2010 Report Posted September 18, 2010 If you are producing further programmes -just to put the "icing on the cake" maybe a reference to the match official and the referee (club) assistants. also other unsung helpers like the team attendants-Suzie would have been well pleased Yes the less adverts the better Well done thats another for my collection-Howc many other JCCL clubs produce?

I think what Mr Odgers means is , it was good to see a programme not full of adverts. Yeah i know, id like to keep it like that tbh. but in order to cover some of the cost ( only £10 tho) there would just be a small advert under the league table i think, so there wouldnt be less info. Yeh agree with you, would have put the ref in if i knew who he was and would deffo put suzie and other helpers in if we knew about them.. only got the team sheet from one of the guys on here. cheers the the tips mate It was Steve Winnan who scored the first and Luke Wort with a screamer for the second. Guest wayner Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 would just like to say that illogan played very very well they completely outplayed us today and am very very gutted to have conceeded 14 goals the worst scoreline iv ever been in yet again the team let ourselfs down not 1 shot on goal 2 o.g and 2 pens just not a very good performance again by ludgvan
Harry_Breasbats Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 St Day 0 - 1 Helston Terry Rowe Header. Helston dominated the 1st half limiting St Day to a couple of crosses. Could of been 3-0 half time but St Day goalie played well. Second half was even for the first 25 minutes then we tired. St Day put us under pressure for the last 20min playing 3/4 up front! Could of ended 5-5 but Sid 'ever green' Taylor in the sticks proving why SWPL Prem managers are still ringing him! waking up this morning i feel like i have been in a battle for a whole day, swollen kneee, bad foot and a buggered shoulder! Always good beating your old team! Ref was shocking Best of luck St Day for the rest of the season....
jojo Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 St just goal scorer was simon dixon 3 , and paul in your scoring chart youve got a st just goal scorer as simon davis but that is actually simon dixon who scored that goal someone gave the wrong name .
Pitty Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 Holman SC 0-2 Porthleven Att 20 Porthleven scored 2 goals in the 2nd half to take all 3 points and gave the home side plenty to think about as they struggled to create any chances in front of goal and are forced to contemplate by the middle of September that it's going to be yet another relegation battle for a 2nd successive season .
murphy Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 good win for wendron yesterday battled hard for the deserved win.
cornishteddyboy Posted September 19, 2010 Author Report Posted September 19, 2010 Can anyone fill in the blanks? Scorer's of Porthleven 2 goals Scorer's of Troon's 5th goal Scorer of Newquay's goal Attendance at Troon Look in the Sunday paper for the goal scorers.
thejman Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 Troon 5 Newquay 1 (5-0 HT) Troons scorers :- Danny Claypit 4, Sam Mayou 1, not sure of the newquay goal, i took myself off at HT and got into my mini skirt.....long story! lol Troon dominated from the start, i heard newquay were missing a couple, we also had 3 key players out. Danny claypit was awesome, newquays tracking of players let them down on the day. Att 22
kevin richards Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 Porthleven's goalscorers at Holmans, Jowan Shainberg & Keith Jacka. Well done lads. :clapper:
wiseoldman Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 watching the pendeen vs st ives game yesterday it looked to me as if pendeen have lost a few players, not looking as strong as they were in first coulpe league games i watched them play in, shame really as they were looking very good, espically going forward

His decision cost pendeen at least a point, in a game pendeen should of won. :(
gillo10 Posted September 20, 2010 Report Posted September 20, 2010 Also just seeing whether or not the falmouth town player is alright.. had to go to the hospital to get some glue in me head and the nurse said that the other player was in before. hope hes alright Daz is fine, 4 stiches but was man enough to make in to Truro for a quiet few that night! That same night saw a couple Illogan players celebrating their retaining of the league title, they are very confident to say the least!!

If the other lino flagged i assume he thought he was offside.

Personally i think it was the Lino's fault when the Pendeen forward missed his kick completely in front of goal. Come on boys look at yourselves before you start blaming others.
