RNAS Culdrose scorers were Steven 'Spike' Hughes (2) Pens and Paul Wright. We dominated the tempo in the first half and went in 0-2 up at half time. Newquay showed fighting spirit to come out strongly second half scoring 2 before the hour mark. A second penalty decided it. A couple of decent chances for Newquay towards the end of the game. A couple of prolonged stoppages meant 13 minutes of injury time.

Anyone hoping to see Porthleven v Penzance next Tuesday evening will be one their own at Gala Park. Porthleven asked us last night if we would play them on Boxing Day and we have agreed.
