No luck and no excuses from us. Torpoint deserved their win. Saints did give them some scares early on but we were just not good enough on the day. We can and will pick ourselves up.

lc phoenix 10-0 boscastle !!! well this is from a boscastle view !!! we were never in the game which was played prefectly by a very very good lc phoenix side who wouldn't look out of place in duchy premier just a shame they had to start in div 5 !! i think this team will walk the league as they played some fantastic football and when there ahead don't show off or be disrespectful of the opposition just carry on playing and doing the jobs asked by the manager !!! sorry i didn't make it back after game but heard there was a good welcome and great food !!! good luck for rest of season but don't think you'll need it!!! on a plus point boscastle 2nds did battle hard and were only 1 down till the 40min but 2 quick goals before half time made it 3-0 and in 1st min of 2nd half it was 4-0 and after that we were just blown away but we never gave up so need to forget this game and move on to this sat !!!

Saints v Torpoint

Darryn Bragg, our referee for the game with Torpoint deserves a lot of respect. Apparently Darryn took time out to call the Duchy League secretary later in the day and congratulate both sides for their sportsmanship and quality of football.
