Altarnun 2 - 3 Bodmin Saints

Sorry, have few details if any. I do know Saints were dominant in the first half and took the lead but have little idea about the second half; other than Saints won this tough game 3 - 2 with goals from Ryan Butler in the first half, one from Matt Doney and another from DJ Jefferies in the second. Three wins from three is an impressive start.

i got told it was 4-3 to saints and a very suspect lino who ruled out 2 of nuns goals

Have it anyway you want: the final score was 2 - 3 Maybe the 'suspect' lino wasn't as bad as you thought.

I wasn't at the game as I was working but as far as I know it was 2 - 3. If that's the case; I'd have a word with your 'suspect' informant mate. Talk to you later I'm sure.

BOSCASTLE 3-1 GOLDOPHIN only saw the last 20 mins of this game but boscastle could and probably should have scored 3 more in this time so great result and a good 3 points for the start of the season

Lanivet Inn 9-2 Duke of Cornwall

A great start for Lanivet seeing as this was our first league game. Well done to Duke of Cornwall who kept pushing for goals right up to the final whistle. Best of luck to you guys for the season

Tintagel Vs Biscovey postponed due to the Ref not turning up. He was confirmed during the week but we know he drives a motorbike and that there was a big crash in Bodmin involving a biker so we do hope that he wasn't involved in that and there is a different reason for the no show.

great result for gunni considering what's happened down there pre-season.

hope they can sustain themselves in the prem with what was there second team.

poor from lamerton for saying there were going back to the pub after the game and didn't bother!!

Torpoint 1 Fowey 1

great result for Fowey happy with a point, should have been 3 points to Fowey but Torpoint scored with the last kick of the game from a corner.

I was at the game today and Fowey were unlucky to concede late but Torpoint definately deserved something from a game they dominated!

Well played Calstock today who were the far better team on the day and deserved their comprehensive 5-1 win. We need a new penalty taker tho after missing 2..sorry Taff!

Personally just wanted to thank our 3 reserve team players from our Duchy 5 side who stepped up and played today and never gave up. Bloody weddings on a Sat should not be allowed...LOL!

Good atmosphere and food in pub after too.

Roll on next Sat!

Shame really Jar, yeah everyone left we did get a couple of new faces in but trying to replace 10 player's was nigh on impossible. Fair play to Chris Holt, Neil Davey and James Grenny who were the only ones left from last year who wanted to stay plus the few 2nd teams lads who stepped up to help us out in a few games.Had to laugh yesterday at Dave Deacon's comments in the Independent it looked as though we left and took the team with us, that would be hard as there was no team left to take anywhere. :wacko:

Go back all of u and help them win it,surely that would be the right thing to do,you lads where all great together,really would be nice to see gunni win promotion.

Maybe some day? But as was said at the end of the Gladiator film but not now, not now. :D
