St day reserves have played 3 friendlies scoring 17 conceding 2, things are looking good for this season.

Woah! Were Ambrose that bad or were St Day just very good?

Bit of both to be honest! St Day played very well and we were a bit off the pace, cant quite explain why as on paper we had a good team out but maybe 3 games in a week affected us but, nothing we tried worked and everything they did seemed to result in a goal.5-1 down at half time and effectively game over they took there chances well and we missed a few.

St Day were by far the better team for long periods and deserved the win, they have a bloody good side there with a few ex four lanes players (and 2 ex mount ambrose players with a point to prove)and if they can keep them all together and stop them being nicked by the first team they will be strong contenders this season.

We have a game at Frogpool on Tues and hopefully can end our pre-season on a more positive note
