What would happen if a player signs on for one team during pre season but changes his mind and wishes to sign for another team? Do the normal transfer rules apply or is there a way round it? I believe, from personal experience it's the same rules. If the club you signed for has sent the forms in and registered you then you'll have to go through the normal transfer procedure.
