Sheikh Mansour Posted July 22, 2010 Report Posted July 22, 2010 A good game at burngullow park gave a good workout for both sides. Both sides played good football. St. Austell scored first and this seemed to awaken Sticker as the home side replied through Lewis Prince who attacked a Liam Dingle corner well. Then came the best Sticker move of the match as the St. Austell defence was carved open for Andrew Butler To strike across goal. Neil Slateford then scored the visitors second after a good St. Austell move. Before a goaline scramble brought about the St. Austell winner. All in all a creditable result for Sticker against the newly promoted peninsula league outift and St. Austell can also be satisfied with their nights work. Final Result: Sticker 2 - 3 St. Austell. Sticker squad : Rob Rosevear, Jase Rogers, Dan Meens, Josh French, Adam Solomon, Andrew Butler, Lewis Prince, Jordan Dingle, Ben Rosevear, Liam Dingle, Chris Kitson, Kev Grainger, Andrew Avery , Steve Mooney. Unsure on the Full St. Austell squad.
CrApPy Posted July 22, 2010 Report Posted July 22, 2010 St Austell starting line up: Glassup, Crapp, Giles, Mulready, Tinsley, Whieldon, Edwards, Gomm, Slateford, Nancarrow, Rundle.
CrApPy Posted July 22, 2010 Report Posted July 22, 2010 Played very well! A very talented player
Sir Alex Posted July 24, 2010 Report Posted July 24, 2010 Crappy was lucky to stay on the pitch, couple of standard wild two footed lunges that, in a competitive game, would surely have been punished by yellows (if not red). The guys an animal!
