Hi thought i would start this thread to talk about transfers as the other transfer thread has been taken over by Falmouth and St Austell fans bitching about each other's clubs

Quiksilver, with regards to the Banter between St Austell & Falmouth town Suporters, James & myself have in a very friendly manner settled our differences,

& we both wish to move on & wish all our Club the very best for the comming season,

Yours Hammers :c: :c:

Just to add to the banter between the Falmuth Town and St Austell supporters, I'd like to apologise to Hanmmers for my comments. Looking back, I can see that his comments were not aimed at St Austell and that I was harsh in having a go at his spelling. We're looking forward to our visit to Falmouth, as Bickland Park is always a good place to go and watch football and I'll try not to repeat my experience the last vtime when I got rather annoyed at us being 6-0 down at half-time and threw my file down in a hissy fit, only to see it roll down into the undergrowth behing the goal! I had cuts and scratches on my arms for ages!!

Ozzelfan,

thank you for you apology, I would also like to apologise to you if I caused you any offence,

we all love our own clubs I have been a Falmouth Town fan for at least 50yrs,my age is 43yrs more than your friend James,

but we all sometimes get carried away,

& as I said to James I am delighted that St Austell are back where they belong,

three of us used to travel to St Austell when Falmouth were at St Austell, & we always had a warm welcome,

& I wish all of the clubs all the best, no doubt there will be games that we could have done better at, & some games that will bring us delight in wining,

Thank you again Hammers, (John) :c::) :c:

No more signings for Parkway then? A lot of players seem to of left and not a lot joined. But the players they have signed seem to be of some quality and should have a decent team next year mixing up experience with youth and enthusiasm. Good luck to them as they already seem to be written off and labeled as a fight club, not a football club.

Spoke to a member of the management team at plymouth parkway last night. Sounds like they will be in the mix this season, interesting also that he was asking what kind of set-up bunney has at ottery st mary as a few players have turned Parkway down to travel up there and play in the east league . Lance easton from saltash and Michael Burke of Liskeard ?????? anyone got any info ?? thats 2 impressive signings

Heard a whisper that Dane Bunney is wanted by Truro City 2nds ! It seems that Dane was invited to the Plymuff PSF but has turned them down on 3 seperate occasions recently. Could Les & Steve be about to regret going back, especially after being shafted the first time around. If, as it seems, that the owner only employs yes men, would any of the 3 mentioned actually stand a chance ?

Perhaps an ideal move for Trev, he will be impressed with the 'big budget' offered at the 2nds, makes a mockery of the level of football and will be the top payers in the West this season by far.

I have a lot of time for the first three chaps, all much respected in these parts, so credit to Dane for telling City to get stuffed and I hope that Uncle Les & Steve are watching their backs. As I say, just a whisper, but it is getting louder, especially on one particular web site.

Nice to see the last one there. kevin lawrence getting a chance in the premier league. I remember when I first saw him for porthleven and he is a pacy winger, good crosser, determined and a good talker. I rate him very highly. His height can seem a disadvantage to him with some defenders, but seriously does a very good job whenever he players good look to the man.
