Edgcumbe 0-1 Roche

edgcumbe with 5 first team regulars out due to a wedding and injury gave a spirited but scrappy performance against a very hard working Roche side. Edgcumbe had the better chances mainly headers but couldn't take them, and Roche scored with 15 mins left with a cracking chip after the ball had bobbled over our right backs foot. Not a great game which was always gonna be won by the odd goal.

Who gets married on a bloody Saturday!!!! Looking forward to the boro game midweek.

Having played at some so called great grounds I think 95 per cent of pitches are not at there best due to the bad weather we've had and I expect Roche's pitch ain't great either!!!

No it was due to a mole popping up at the wrong time, bit pike the Liverpool beachball moment can't do nothin about it. Nothin wrong with the pitch...

At least you, and whoever u play for, only have to play on it once a season. Pitch was actually fine before we ruined it v elburton a while ago.
