Being 10 points adrift they looked doomed for the drop into Division 1 for the one remaining relegation spot.(Clyst Rovers withdrew earlier in the season). With three consecutive defeats and shipping 9 goals Falmouth have scuppered their chance of the title but there is all to play for to get in the top four prize money positions and beat their SWPL 4th. place 2007-08(Steve Massey). Previous to that Gary Penhaligan took Town to 3rd. in the SWL 2005/06. Over to you Alan C. This will be the 'Magpies' 25th. League visit to Bickland where they have only triumphed twice but it was last season they accomplished a League double over Town for the first time (1-3;1-2) In the new year Falmouth won 3-0 at Upcott Field with goals by skipper Tom Smith and a brace from Ryan Fice.
