Anyone looking for players?

Hello, just wondering if there are any sunday teams in need of players? We have about 3 or 4 lads from Bodmin looking for a team to join (closer the better preferably!) We all play sat in the duchy leagues but in need of more footy!! Cheers.

The Cornwall Sunday League season has only about 2 months to run, several clubs are short of players though. Luxulyan is obviously close to Bodmin, if you ring the Bridgers in Luxulyan where they drink after games they will put you in touch with the people that you need to speak to. They're a decent side that were challenging up to this season, a few good players could make all the difference. Tregonissey based in St Austell are another well established club who are definitely looking for reinforcements. Again, ring Tregonissey club and they should be able to help. I know the Sunday league are trying to attract new clubs, Bodmin was 1 town it's looking at. One nearly came in a couple of seasons ago but couldn't organise a pitch. It's could sustain a team, I've played against numerous Bodmin sides over the years, Weavers, Bentleys, Barley Sheaf. Cold Harbour and Dragon have all served as home venues. We have one player from Bodmin in our side (Carlyon Arms), and Shane and Shaun German from Bodmin played for us for years.
