midfield
If AW is in for Brede Hangeland (which I hope he is as we need someone commanding at the back) then it's probably going to cost us at least £15M. Money well spent, if you ask me. He certainly knows how to put his foot in as this link shows. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euUgFytfQ5U For us Gooners, there is also a very well written blog about potential signings. redruth_07
No lovey, too much white wine for you petal, you are in the QUALIFYING play-off for the Champions League. And what happens if you lose said play-off? The Europe league. Come on you Bhoys!
midfield
Oh, you poor little dear. You can't read too well, can you? Must be age. It's still the Champions League. Which European competion are you in, by the way?
somersetspur
Thats not quite the draw the Goons wanted, apart from Olympiakos and Athletico Madrid, not much more difficult. Of course the blinkered red nose will be 99.9% certain of progressing. But beware,Celtic can beat anyone at Park Head, and the atmosphere will be buzzing. I have a bit of a connection with Celtic,my great granddad was born just around the corner from Park Head and was a big Celtic fan.So I will have to cheer on the Hoops Im afraid. HAIL,HAIL. :thum bsup:
Mangle
Yup, not what we wanted. I think Arsenal can do it, but that will be tough. Celtic will also be confident of a win, but I expect it's not what they wanted either. Shame that one of the "British" teams go out of the Champions League at this early stage. I hope to fcuk it isn't us tho!!!
midfield
Is the Spouting Spud calling me a blinkered rednose? I'm so upset! More than 99.9% sure of progressing - call it 100%! The SPL is not even Championship standard - probably where the spuds will end up anyway! See the way we p****d over the Huns? (That's a Glaswegian insult for Rangers, by the way). My background is Irish so I know my stuff.
Mangle
By the way, if Spurs can get a win against us this season, at least I can change (get rid of) my "signature". Even I'm getting bored of looking at it now. UP YOU GUNNERS!!!!!!!

midfield
You dope! On a serious note, there is some doubt as to whether the tie at Parkhead can go ahead on that night. U2 concert at Hampden - police can't do both.
A One And A Six
Celtic vs Arsenal. Great draw for Wengers men, Arsenal will rip up Celtic in both legs. Id take them over Olymiakos or Atletico any day!!! :P
shanethebuck
:drink: Its a great pity that either Arsenal or Celtic will leave the Champions League, but i cant see Arsenal beating the Hoops, never mind, all the Gooners can at least watch their team on ITV 4 for free!
