Smithy Posted June 7, 2009 Report Share Posted June 7, 2009 According to reports today, Arsenal agreed a fee beleived to be around £11.4mil for the Belgian stopper yesterday evening and Vermaelen is expected to sot contract details out monday and be announced mid-week. dont know anything about this player, apart from he is Ajax captain- would rather see Hangeland or Zapata join. Be prepared,Gallas,Van Persie,Adebayor,or Kolo Toure who is being linked to Man City,will be on their bike. At least Wenger is trying to do something with your weakness.
